Key Features :
Made and packaged using today’s most sustainable technologies
All of the wood in our litter is FSC-certified leftover lumber from sustainably managed forests. By recycling raw materials, we help save thousands of trees. Additionally, our litter production is very energy-efficient and completely solar-powered.
Go Natural!
Catit Go Natural is a new range of litters that, unlike many mineral cat litters, are based on sustainable sources. Plant-based litters are a safer and more planet-friendly litter choice! Finally, your cat can ‘go’ as they would in nature!
Superior ultra-high absorbency
Our wood litter’s amazing absorbency is without compare! The granules absorb up to 3 times their weight in liquid – that’s 300%! And as a bonus, the litter retains its formidable absorptive capacity indefinitely.
Doesn’t stick, easy to scoop
Thanks to its balanced, non-aggressive clumping action, this litter won’t stick to your scoop or litter box. Hurray for effortless scooping and cleaning!
Highly efficient and long-lasting
Unlike most litters, ours is pelletised and then crushed into smaller granules, which cover cat droppings and absorb cat urine much more effectively than standard pellets. This means less litter is wasted and a bag lasts you longer!
Don’t compare apples to oranges
Unlike many mineral cat litters, our litter is produced and packed sustainably, and was formulated exactly right for gradual clumping action and easy scooping.
99% dust-free
Catit Go Natural wood litter is sieved twice during production, to ensure there is barely any dust remaining. And since our wood litter makes for a light, airy bedding, small litter particles will gradually travel down, eliminating airborne dust!
Low tracking and no dusty paw prints
Our low dust litter has another benefit to it: you won’t find any dusty paw prints around the house! Tracking is minimal and easy to clean up.
Odour control and bacteria barrier
Our litter has a natural capacity to kill 99% of bacteria and instantly absorb odours. This turns your cat’s litter box and its environment into a welcoming, cat-friendly zone.
Unscented and free of chemicals
Catit Go Natural Wood Litter is completely free of chemicals, additives and pesticides. The litter is unscented, but does give off a subtle wood scent since it’s mainly composed of wood.
Easy to clean
Say hello to hassle-free litter box maintenance! Our litter won’t stick to your litter box or scoop, which makes cleaning and scooping much quicker and easier.
Flushable and soluble
We recommend disposing of cat droppings in the rubbish, though our litter is perfectly flushable.
No forests were cut down to make this wood litter
We create our litter from recycled, FSC-certified wood leftovers, plant fibres (such as corn), and natural clumping agents. We only source wood from sustainably managed forests, so the biological diversity is protected and maintained.
Solar-powered, low-waste production
Our production is a ‘cold’ process, meaning we don’t waste any energy on creating heat, don’t produce any CO2 emissions, and there aren’t any fumes going into the atmosphere. This process is completely solar powered, and any waste-materials such as dust are filtered and reused.
100% biodegradable and compostable
This cat litter can be completely decomposed by bacteria, thereby avoiding pollution.
Lightweight litter packaged in a recyclable bag
Since our litter is very lightweight yet super-absorbent, we save a ton on CO2 during transportation and warehousing. In addition, our packaging bags are made from recyclable cellulose paper.
What is this litter made of?
Catit Go Natural Wood Clumping Cat Litter is made from various types of conifer wood (pine, spruce, fir, etc.), plant fibres (such as corn – not meant for consumption), and natural clumping agents.
How much litter should I use?
Pour a layer (5-7cm) of Catit Go Natural Wood Clumping Cat Litter in the litter box and keep it at this level at all times to ensure the best results. Make sure that you use our wood litter in a dry environment only – no damp bathrooms.
How often should I scoop the litter?
We recommend scooping once every day to prevent bad odours.
How long will one bag of litter last for?
On average, a 15L bag of Catit Go Natural Wood Clumping Cat Litter will last 2.5 to 3.5 months in a single cat household. But of course, this depends on the size of your litter box, the number and size of the cats using it, and even how much they are drinking.
